We are looking for an intern (meeloopstage) to join the sales support team. Our team makes sure that our customers, stores and agents worldwide are happy and that the order process of their MUD Jeans is easy and enjoyable. Are you enthusiastic about providing amazing sales support to an international network of customers and partners? Then we are looking for you!

Role & Responsibilities 

• Support the B2B sales support team in ensuring that all orders and systems run smoothly
• Gain experience in managing backend data of products and an B2B online shop
• Make our customers and wholesale partners happy by providing solutions and customer-oriented communication
• Research and identify key market trends and client opportunities.
• Take an active part in weekly team meetings to brainstorm ideas or improve processes and meet sales targets.

What we ask for:

• You are student at an MBO, HBO or WO or you are in a gap period and want to gain some practical experience
• Start date immediately and you are available for 5-6 months or more
• You are available for 40h/week and 3-4 days at the office in Laren
• You have a structured way of working, attention for detail, and passion for sales
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, experience with Shopify is a plus!
• You are fluent in English, native Dutch and basic German is a plus!
• You have good communication skills in writing and verbally
• You are motivated to be part of a pioneer sustainable denim brand and a team player with an international team

The role

We’re looking for an experienced marketer who has successfully built brands in fashion or lifestyle and is ready to elevate MUD Jeans.

You are both strategic and hands-on, balancing big-picture brand building with day-to-day execution. You lead by example and inspire your small team to create high-impact marketing.

Your responsibilities

·Refine and strengthen our brand positioning as the world’s leading premium circular denim brand.

·Grow our brand presence and awareness in our key markets (NL, BE, DE, FR & UK) with measurable results and performance indicators

·Build partnerships with brands and/or people in our focus markets to support growth and expand our brand awareness.

·Lead the team in making smart, high-impact decisions, ensuring that resources, time, and efforts are focused on the moments that matter most -whether it’s choosing the right visuals for a campaign, prioritizing key photoshoots or creating VM materials that truly get seen and used.

·Own the marketing calendar and set clear goals and priorities, ensuring the team has structure and direction.

·Organising PR events, collection launches, and brand activations that align with our brand identity

·Create and align marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising and in our stores. 

·Leverage your (Dutch?) network in fashion/lifestyle (photographers, stylists, media, influencers etc).

·Manage the marketing budget to maximise commercial and sustainable impact.

Your profile

·Higher professional education (HBO) or academic level (WO) of thinking and working.

·At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, PR and communication within the fashion or lifestyle industry. Experience in denim is a plus.

·You effortlessly combine strategic insight with a creative and hands-on mindset.

·You are driven by our mission and believe in our sustainable impact.

·You have a proven track record in brand development, positioning, and storytelling for a leading brand.

·Strong affinity with digital and social media.

·You are entrepreneurial, independent, and results-driven, ready to make a big impact with a small team.

·Excellent command of Dutch & English, both spoken and written.

·Available full-time (or at least 4 days per week), with hybrid work flexibility.
